Do you provide tracking for shipments?

What items can’t you ship?
We don’t ship hazardous materials, perishables without prior approval, firearms, illegal goods, or camouflage clothing. Contact us if you are unsure.
What happens if my shipment is delayed or damaged?
Contact us right away. We’ll coordinate with the carrier, investigate the issue, and assist with an insurance claim if applicable.
Do you offer warehousing and storage?
Yes. We provide storage options with organized handling and inventory tracking for approved shipments.
What’s the minimum shipment size?
For USA Sea, the minimum is 3 cubic feet. For China Sea, the minimum is 7 cubic feet. For China Air, the minimum is 10 lbs. USA Air is billed per pound.
Do you only work with businesses?
Both. We work with businesses, resellers, and individuals moving personal goods. Special rates are available for commercial businesses.
